How to use it
ADDIE is the checklist, not the calendar: run it iteratively (that is all SAM, the Successive Approximation Model, really adds: build small, test with real learners, loop). Watch-out: analysis paralysis at stage one and evaluation amnesia at stage five are the two classic failures; timebox the first, contract the second.
