Models are professional knowledge. Copyright protects expression, not ideas, methods or systems. Every model in this library is described in the author's own words, with its originator named. No third-party text, questionnaire, item set, or figure is reproduced.
Proprietary instruments, including the Gallup Q12 and the OCAI, are described but never reproduced. To use those instruments, contact their owners or an authorised provider.
